Returns and Exchanges

1. How do I make my return?
You can return your products, unused, complete with all accessories and return form, within 14 days by paying the shipping fee.

2. How does the return process work?
Completely fill out the return form that comes out of the package.
The code, name, reason for return and other requested information of the product you want to return must be filled in completely.
You can send the products you have purchased with the cargo company you work with.
Your return will first be examined by Tueba customer representatives, and it will be investigated whether your return complies with the conditions.
The return of the products that comply with the return procedures will be approved and the product fee will be deposited into your account within 2 working days. It may take 7-15 business days for this fee to be reflected in your account due to bank procedures.
This 2-day period will begin when Tueba receives your returned product.

3. How do I replace the product?

For product exchange, you can send it to us by writing the code and size information of the product you want to replace, on the return/exchange form included in the package together with the product you request for exchange.

If the product you want to replace is in our stock, your exchange will be carried out.

If it is seen that the product you want is out of stock, our customer representatives will reach you by phone.

4. What are the non-refundable items?

Products that have the original protective tape removed or damaged are not refundable.
